can you ship to my country?

Yes we can!

We ship to worldwide clients by various methods. Mostly by DHL or Fedex. Sometimes also by the shipping agency. We ship by air, by sea, by train, by truck to every corner of the world!

do you offer training?

Yes we do!

We will offer detailed user manual for each machine. And in case you need any help in using machine, we can make online video call to help you out! If you need, we can also offer the training certificate!

how can i pay?

All possible way is OK!

We accept a variety of payment methods, with bank transfers and Western Union being the most common. Once we receive a 30% deposit, we can begin arranging production for you!

do you have warranty?

yes we have!

All our laser machines come with an 18-month warranty. If any issues arise during this period, we will promptly send replacement parts at no cost. However, the occurrence of problems is quite rare, so there’s no need to worry!

how long can i get machine?

It depends

It depends on what shipping method you choose. But generatlly speaking, DHL takes about 5-7 days to reach your door; shipping agency takes around 15 days.
